Bailey's Auto Body provides you with a lifetime guarantee on the work we perform as long as you own that vehicle. This warranty shall only apply if the defects occurred under normal driving conditions and not where the vehicle has been subjected to accidents, negligence, abuse or misuse. Specifically excluded from this warranty is rust coming through the metal, scratches and gravel marks from normal driving conditions.

PAINT WARRANTY

         Bailey's Auto Body uses quality DuPont automotive paints. This work is guaranteed through DuPont's Assurance of Quality warranty.

         This warranty shall:

         1. Apply only to the surfaces directly repaired with DuPont Paint Systems.
         2. Not apply to any Covered Defect which is directly the result of any negligence by the customer.
         3. Only be available to individual who was the owner of the vehicle at the time the original work was performed and whose name appears on the Warranty Repair Record. The warranty is not transferable.

         Covered defects includes only the following list of defects:

         1. Cracking
         2. Checking
         3. Severe loss of gloss caused by cracking or fading
         4. Peeling of the topcoat or any of the layers of film included in the refinishing process.

PARTS

         Bailey's Auto Body guarantees that parts or materials used are of the first quality. Those parts or materials are subject to the guarantee of the supplier. We will assist you in handling any claim under the supplier's guarantee.
